100,000 !! So so proud to have reached this landmark, and generated 100,000 school meals through @runnersheal . —————————————————- On Sunday, I make the visit back to Kenya where by far the biggest meal drop will be made to date, clocking over the 100,000 total mark in our anniversary week. —————————————————- What started as 20 t shirts for friends and family has exploded into something quite magical here on Instagram, and for each shirt sold, each post made and each time you tell a friend about what we do – I am extremely grateful. Thank you to all of you, from the guys who bought the first shirts like @debbie_running , @thomaswuscher , @hu1896 , @st_pauli_cat – to the “ influencers “ who happily posted our shirts for free like the amaZing @eva.runs , @josefineswarm and @the_lucky_woman_ – right up to today, the 7 people who have made orders so far this morning from Boston, Hamburg, London and Madrid. Thank you to @anna_bercana for helping me pack, @marykeitany for ensuring the best quality in farming and last but not least, my Kenyan brother and someone I am proud to call one of my best friends who I met through @instagram – the awesome @itschemisto , otherwise known as @iten_kenya for quite simply looking after me and guiding me this past year. You are all amazing, and have not only changed the lives of hundreds of children in Kenya – but also my own. Much love, Chris ❤️ #runnersheal #werunthis !!!

A picture speaks a thousand words & now we take thousands of pictures ???? But this image is a big one. Trip no1 in Kenya back last April, #werunthis first shirt, my unofficially adopted daughter, and the beginning of something quite special @runnersheal . I was alone at this point, with just a mere dream in my head. I’m so so so grateful, proud, humbled and honored that for trip no11 I no longer travel alone – but with thousands of you too who have bought t-Shirts to help put our dent in hunger & education issues in Kenya. You mean the world to me, honestly… ❤️ #runnersheal #werunthis #morethanaT ——————————————————- • • • #runnersofinstagram #runningmotivation #halfmarathoner #worlderunners #laufenmachtglücklich #laufen #kenya #dogood #onelove #epictravels #travel #instablogger #youtuber
